No idea why.

To that end I have just reduced the width of the text blocks.

Then I set Feed to Full. I discovered the latter as a suggestion online.
For those who habitually use smaller screens. I normally use a 28" monitor. Easier on my own aging eyes. ;-)

I do hope this helps.

Do not hesitate to update me if there are still problems with reading my text.
I am always grateful for constructive feedback.

Best regards
Chris

Chris.Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13986753919505764942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3081812713339411328.post-62659907553629229512022-01-16T23:51:15.852+01:002022-01-16T23:51:15.852+01:00Dear Chris,
First off, big thanks for this so inf...Dear Chris,

First off, big thanks for this so informative and passionate source of information on Electric time keeping.

I would like to make a request to make reading your pages a little easier for readers with "older" eyes. I am using an iPad most of the time and find the text a little hard to read and it requires careful positioning and zooming because your text paragraphs are not set to flow. Since I only have experience with Frontpage Web layout, I have no idea if you have the option to turn on Paragraph with flowing text. In Frontpage, this can easily be done with a setting. This way, zooming in would always adjust your paragraphs to be completely readable without falling off the screen.

It is only a suggestion, but I thought I forward to you this suggestion.

Longterm, I am tempted to build a functioning technically compatible WT movement to experience its action, even, if I never will be able to make it look like a a real replica.

BTW, I have estimated the number of turns on the pendulum propulsion solenoid andwoukd like to ask you to give me ruler based dimensions. I have estimated, that each coil has roughly between 1500-2000 turns of 0.5mm (AWG#24) wire. It is a very rough estimate using rough guesses on coil outer dimensions.I arrive this way with about 20Ohm coil resistance. Anyways, I would welcome any further information you are able to convey.

All the Best for the future,
Regards,
Gerhard, Edmonton, AlbertaElectric Timekeepershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10786582212013632760noreply@blogger.com
